What is the OttoSkins return policy?
Un-opened OttoSkins may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Otherwise, all returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must first have a ‘Return Authorization’ in order to be accepted as a return. Contact ottoskinscustservice@me.com to receive a ‘Return Authorization’.
